ENARADA, Bangalore, September 24, 2013:
Manipal Hospitals Bangalore, part of Manipal Health Enterprises (MHE), started its first Information Centre in Kolar yesterday.
This Information Centre would be a one-stop place in smaller cities for information on various facets of the Manipal Hospitals.
The Services would include information about the medical procedures along with the corresponding expenses, On Call Ambulances-if possible, information about outreach camps , other events and many more facilities, which promises to encompass all the queries and better serve the people.
Rakesh Singh , Chief Operating Officer, MHE said — “This Centre is an effort to provide the service of quality healthcare to the people of Kolar. There would also be value added services like booking travel, lodging etc. Our main objective is to create platform to interact/knowledge transfer with patients along with Creation of SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for patients.”
