Dr. H.R. Nagendra, Chancellor of S-VYASA University, Bengaluru held discussion, today with Dr.Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, to have collaboration to teach yoga for the students of KIIT & KISS.

KIIT is the professional university imparting technical education, While KISS, initiative of KIIT University, is brining poorest of the poor Tribal children into mainstream by providing formal education, Skill Development Training, Health care, Food and Accommodation free of cost . Achyuta Samanta spent over two hours in the campus. During their breakfast meeting, both Dr. H.R. Nagendra and Achyuta Samanta appreciated each other for working for the noble cause in the field of Health and Education respectively.
Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) University ,Bengaluru felicitated Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT University, at their University campus Prashanti Kutiram, Jigani, Bengaluru, during Samanta’s visit to their Campus, today.
Dr. H.R.Nagendra introduced Achyuta Samanta as ‘Role Model in the Society’, by showing a video based on the life of Samanta-‘Art of Giving,’ to a gathering of students and faculty who had assembled in ‘Mangal Mantap’ hall, for taking part in the daily morning meditation program.
Speaking on the occasion, Achyuta Samanta said he was thrilled to witness holistic atmosphere in the campus. “I am just a medium and God is doing everything, otherwise a ordinary person like me cannot build world class institutions like KIIT & KISS,” Said Achyuta Samanta.
