The SpiceJet flight (SG 2441) which flies on Mumbai-Hubli route grounded at the Hubli Airport today around 2pm after a bird-hit while landing. However, the pilot landed the flight safely.
The crew decided not to fly back damaged flight to Mumbai.
Mumbai bound passengers at Hubli Airport had to wait for three and half hours as authorities arranged another aircraft from Goa.
