Mangalore April 23, 2013

Congress President Sonia Gandhi who was supposed to visit Mangalore on April 25, for campaigning for the forthcoming assembly elections,  will now be coming to Mangalore on April 27, 2013.

Addressing a press meet  yesterday, Congress leader Janardhana Poojary revealed that Sonia’s visit has been postponed as she has to attend the on – going  Lok Sabha session and  reply to many queries raised by the opposition.

Poojary lost no opportunity to attack the BJP saying  several senior BJP leaders who are touring the state for campaigning are targeting the UPA for corruption and scandals forgetting   the numerous scams and scandals in Karnataka during its rule.  He said BJP has no moral authority to accuse UPA of corruption and scandals when corruption in Karnataka during its five year rule has reached the peak.

Poojary particularly directed his tirade against Sushma Swaraj saying ‘how could Sushma Swaraj not know the corrupt practices of Reddy brothers when she had visited his home on several occasion’.
