Janatha dal Secular candidates has retained the last year tally by winning five assembly seats in Hassan District and Indian Congress won two seats .
Hassan constituency candidate H.S.Prakash and H.K.Kumarawamy had made an hatric won by winning the assembly seat by thrice. Congress candidates A.Manju and Y.Rudresh gowda and Arasikere constituency Janatha dal Secular candidate Shivalingegowda recored two time victory in this election. Balakrishna of sravanabelagola Constitutency entering Assembly for the first time.
In Sravanabelagola constituency H.N.Balakrishna of JD(S) has won by defeating C. Puttegowda by margin of 19979 votes H.N.Balakrishna secured 73918 and puttegowda 53940 votes
In Arasikere constituency Shivalingegowda of Janatha Dal Sceular candidate won against Congress candidate B.Shivaram in a margin of 29631 votes , Shivalingegowda secured 76579, and B.Shivaram secured 46948 votes
Belur constituency Y.N.Rudresh Gowda Indian National Congress has won the seat by defeating Janathadal Secular candidate K.S.Lingesh by margin of 7529 votes Y.M.Rudresh gowda secured 48802, and K.LIngesh 41273 votes.
H.S. Prakash Janathadal Secular candidate won in the Hassan constituency defeating H.K.Mahesh of Indian National congress candidate by margin of 4916 votes H.S.Prakash scored 61306, and H.K.Mahesh 57110 votes.
Holenarasipur Constituency the most awaited result in the state H.D.Revanna Of Janthadal Secular has won against Anupama of Indian Natioonal congres by vote margin of 30,058 against his congress rival H.D.Revanna secured 61369, and G.Anupama 52575 votes
SAkaleshpur constituency won by H.K.Kumaraswamy of Janathadal secular against Indian national congress candidate D.Mallesh by margin of 32409 votes congess candidate secured 30302, while H.K.Kumarswamy secured 62590 votes.
