Sunday morning walkers at Lalbagh were surprised to see top cartoonists started drawing caricatures at the glass house.
It was a feast to watch them drawing on the theme of creating awareness on voting for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Department of Information and public relations in association with Karnataka Election commission and Horticultural department had organised this unique event from March 31 to April 2.
