Advances in Computing, Communcations and Informatics, conference began at Sri Jayachamarajendra college of engineering here today as part of the golden Jubilee year celebrations.
More than 500 delegations from across the world are participating in the four day second international conference that provides a platform to the experts in the field to discuss the new technologies.
Inaugurating the conference former director of National Aeronautic laboratory DR A R Upadhya said emergence of new digital technologies in computing and communications is playing a crucial role in people’s lives from entertainment to healthcare to data base to e-governance.
“Even the young child could turn the mouse for his needs” he symbolically said.
