Bengaluru is set to play host to a mega event-Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair-2016 (HSSF) from December 14-18 at National High School Grounds, Basavanagudi.
This will be the second edition of the fair-2016 and likely to be attended by more than 250 socio-religious Hindu Organisations.

This mega 5-day conclave will showcase various service activities and a number of cultural and spiritual programmes. Students from around 100 educational institutions will also be taking part in various competitions organised as a part of the fair.
The event is being organised by Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation, Bengaluru and will be based on six themes; conserve forest and protect wildlife, preserve ecology, sustain environment, inculcate family and human values, foster women’s honour and instil patriotism. Along with this, intellectual seminars will be held on each day on a specific socio-religious issue.
The highlight of the fair would be several desi games and other competitions. Eminent scientist and former ISRO Chairman Dr Kasturirangan will be the chairperson of the reception committee.
