The new initiative by R.T.Nagar Branch office of LIC by airing a special program ‘Jeevanakke Jeevavime’ (Life Insurance for Life) on Doordarshan Chandana Channel today is indeed a novel way to reach homes, says LIC insiders.
Entire thirty minute program which was written, directed and even acted by the LIC staff was aimed at giving more information about the new schemes and also to clear doubts and misconceptions about LIC.
“It was necessary to create an awareness among the general public about going in for an insurance policy as early as possible to obtain maximum benefit ” said an LIC officer who was involved in the skit which went on air today.
