The State Government has declared a three day state mourning from today , as a mark of respect to Mrs V.S.Ramadevi , former Governor of Karnataka , who passed away here this evening .
The State mourning will be in force up to April 19 . During the period National Flags will be flown half-mast , at all the Government buildings , where the Flags are usually flown everyday, according to an official press release.
