‘MyTVS’ inaugurates 4th multi-brand car service outlet in Bangalore

Bangalore, June 13, 2013:

MyTVS (brand name for TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd.), India’s largest chain of multi-brand car service network, today announced the inauguration of its new multi-brand car service facility in the Electronic City, Bangalore. This is the 4th outlet in Bangalore and 7th outlet in Karnataka taking the tally of total number of outlets to 79 across India.

The new state-of-the-art facility, will undertake repair works for all brands of cars with quality service at affordable cost. The new facility is located at a massive 25,000 sq.ft. at 51/2, Hongasandra Village, Begur Hobli, Bangalore 560064. (Off Kudlu Gate Signal, behind Concorde Motors & Skoda TAFE Workshops).

Inaugurating the facility, Mr. Sanjay Nigam, CEO & President, TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd., said, “The inauguration of the 4th facility in the Garden city reaffirms our quality service and customer confidence on our brand. We will now look to expand our service outlets in Tier-II cities of Karnataka in the next 2 to 3 years time. The outlet is completely equipped with latest technologies and will have 19 bays (5 Mechanical Bays, 12 Body Repair Bays and 2 water wash bays), 3D Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancer, Engine Scanner, Dust Free Paint Booth, Nitrogen inflator, AC gas re-charger, etc. Besides, the facility will also have multi-level service facility, which would ensure parking of serviced vehicles in a closed and safe environment besides, maintaining the greenery of the city to a great extent.

The uniqueness of MyTVS is that it provides value added services like Extended Warranty to Car Customers, which can be availed even after the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty, 24×7 emergency roadside assistance with annual membership privileges, etc.

MyTVS has also announced some special discounts as part of the inaugural offer, viz., 10% discount on external body polishing & interior cleaning, 15% discount on underbody anti-rust coating and 20% discount on A/C disinfectant. Besides, it also provides special package offers to Corporates viz., Monsoon offer, Annual Maintenance offer, etc. that can be used in any of the four outlets in Bangalore.

The other three outlets of MyTVS in Bangalore are located at Bannerghatta Road, Mysore Road and White Field Road.
