ENARADA, Mysore, October 15, 2013:
Chief Minister Siddaramiah said that the Bharatiya janata party’s dream of capturing power at the centre will never become reality. “BJP, under the leadership of Gujarat chief Minister Narendra Modi is under illusion to capture power by dividing the country on the basis of religion” he said .
In a thanks giving address to the congress party workers at Beligere village for his victory in Varuna Constituency, he came down heavily on BJP.
“People are the bosses in the democratic system, if they wanted to elect, they will vote otherwise it is not possible to win” CM said.
He requested the people to continue the same faith on him for the coming loksabha elections and support the party candidates.
“Only Congress party would give good governance and social justice to everyone in the country,” he said.
The congress government is working hard to make the state one among the top states in the country which has been on the development front. On this direction the government has been moving towards fulfilling all promises made in the election manifesto, he said.
The chief minister assured to complete all the pending irrigation projects during the next five years by spending Rs 10,000 crores per year.
