Enarada, Mysore, June 24, 2013:
On the various demands which was put before the government by the federation of the Karnataka chamber of commerce and industry and Mysore chamber of commerce and industry , Karnataka Revenue Minister V. Srinivasa Prasad assured that the government was in open mind and seek the suggestions from FKCCI and same would be discussed with the Chief Minister for its implementation .
V. Srinivasa Prasad today said that all land acquisition for the track double between Bangalore and Mysore disputes would be resolved very soon to facilitate to complete the project at the earliest .
Inaugurating 4th state level conference of chambers of commerce and industries from all the districts , he said the doubling track work was delayed due to some land acquisition hurdles between Mandya and Mysore and same would be resolved shortly.
The track doubling was necessary to increase the connectivity between Mysore and Bangalore particularly for the industrial sectors , he said.
He also said that there was same kind of problem in double track between Bangalore and Hassan works , hence, he would convened Mandya, Hassan and Mysore district deputy commissioners to set right the land acquisition to facilitate speedup the works .
Referring to four line works between Mysore and Nanjangud town which was once rejected, but now cleared by the union surface transport department and revised estimate of Rs 750 crores already been submitted and expected to get approval very soon, he said.
He said that there will be visible change during the next six months from the new government which was assured for the industrial sector in their manifesto.
Speaking on the occasion FKCCI president K Shiva Shanmugam sought the governments support o improvised the tier II and III cities in the state which needs encouragements in all aspects to increase the industrial activities.
Member of Parliament Mysore A H Vishwanath , assured that he would become spring board between the government at the FKCCI in order to take up the various new industrial projects which would boost the economy of the state.

Mysore Dasara:
Mr. Srinivasa Prasad , who is also Mysore District in-cahrge minister said that the world famous Dasara festivities activities would be commence from this month .
“The high power committee would be constituted very soon after consulting with the Chief Minister Siddaramiah” said Srinivasa Prasad. He also said that the funds for the festivities would be earmarked in the budget .
