Mangalore, May 26, 2013:
In a tragic incident four young engineers, three from Dakshina Kannada and one from Mysore, died following an accident in Chitradurga on May 25, 2013.
The deceased are identified as Sreekanth Anekala from pandeshwar, Sarfaraz Ahmed from Padamannur, Shushruth A S from Akerekadu in Sullia and Yogesh from Gokulam, Mysore.
All the four dead are employees of Wipro Bangalore and were alumni of 2007 batch PA College of Engineering, Mangalore.
They were travelling from Bangalore to Sirsi to attend a friend’s wedding when the front tyre of their car burst and the car collided with an approaching truck.
Three persons were killed on the spot while Yogesh who was rushed to the hospital succumbed to his injuries later. A case has been registered in Chitradurga police station.
