Bangalore, May 6, 2013;
Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI)-Karnataka, the body representing Real Estate Developers in Karnataka, declared the Governing Body Office Bearers and Team for the year 2013 – 2014 during its recent Annual General Meeting.
Mr. R Nagaraj has now taken over as the new President of CREDAI-Karnataka. During his tenure as President of CREDAI-Bangalore, Mr. Nagaraj had initiated various innovations and also stressed on CSR activities. Mr. Nagaraj played a very prominent role in “Wake Up, Clean Up Bangalore”, during the major crisis faced by the city four months ago.
Post his new role of taking over as CREDAI-Karnataka President, Mr. Nagaraj will be leading the delegation of all the 8 major City Chapter of CREDAI in the state coming under CREDAI Karnataka. The core team will have Mr V K Jagadish Babu as President Elect, Mr P M A Razak and Mr Shyam R Jartarghar as Vice Presidents, Mr K Sriram as Secretary, Mr Vijay Patil as Jt. Secretary and Mr. Shankar Sastri as Treasurer.
Mr. Nagaraj was also instrumental in launching the first ever CARE Awards- CREDAI Real Estate Awards for developers in Karnataka, which was held recently in the city. CARE Karnataka 2013’ was held with an objective of identifying and recognising the leading real estate industry professionals who have played a vital role in the growth of real estate sector in Karnataka.
