ENARADA, Bengaluru, November 4, 2014

In the backdrop of the growing sexual assault cases on girl children in Schools across Bengaluru, BJP party workers from Mahila Morcha (Women’s wing ) will take out a massive protest rally on November 5.

To protest against not reducing the bus fares, despite reduction in fuel prices, BJP Yuva Morcha (Youth’s wing) will storm BMTC/ KSRTC head quarters on November 6.

Objecting to steep increase in water charges, BJP Bangalore city and Bangalore district office bearers, elected representatives and party workers will hold a massive rally in front of BWSSB office on Kempegowda road.

S.Muniraju, MLA & President of  Bangalore rural district, while addressing a press meet today disclosed the details of series of protests organised by his party and said congress government in the state has failed miserably in providing good governance.

“Earlier known as Garden city, Beautiful city, IT/BT city, Bengaluru is transforming its image as Rape city, due to utter failure of police department &  lack of concern towards its citizen by Congress Government,” said Muniraju.

Shashikala Jolle, MLA & President of State Mahila Morcha said, city is losing its ‘safe city’ tag for women and children, and party workers are forced to hit the streets to warn the impotent Government.

“We will take out a massive rally from  BJP’s office ‘Jagannatha Bhavana’ in Malleshwaram and proceed towards CM’s home-office, demanding resignation of Home minister who is protecting culprits  and supporting  hooligan culture,” said Shashikala.

Whether the protests by BJP will have any effects on Siddaramaiah led Congress Government, people of Bengaluru should be prepared for more traffic jam, as BJP party workers are participating in large numbers.
