Old is gold and this adage is apt even today. In olden days, parents used to tie jholi (Desi cradle) for newborn babies. It is believed that jholis are very good for the overall development of babies. However, these days people have forgotten how to create these ‘jholis’.
As a socially concerned in promoting our age old traditions, eNarada has produced a new video on making Desi ‘jholis’ at home. Well-known arts and crafts instructor Ms Mamata demonstrates simpler and easier steps in making ‘jholis’.
