Nearly 7000 prospective home buyers visited the Realty Expo at Kalyani Kala Mandir, Bannerghatta Road on 21st and 22nd of September 2013.The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Bengaluru had organized this event.
While 31 reputed developers showcased their different properties, 9 Bankers presented different schemes of housing loans.
C.N. Govindaraju, President, CREDAI Bengaluru expressed his happiness over the success of this exhibition. “The Governing Body of CREDAI Bengaluru had decided to take the exhibitions to the different locations of Bangalore. The earlier exhibition held at Marathahalli was also a great success” he added
Ace International Cricketer Venkatesh Prasad was the star attraction on Sunday evening wherein he spent time visiting all the stalls and also gave away the mementos.
Anil Nayak, CEO, CREDAI Bengaluru, said that next Realty Expo is scheduled at Manpho Convention Centre, next to Manyata Technolgy Park, Outer Ring Road, Hebbal on 27th, 28th and 29th of September 2013.
