As part of the Raksha Bandhan festival RSS held a colorful program in Gokul Gardens here today. Large number of Swayam Sevaks in full Gana Vesha participated in the program and tied Safron colour rakhi to their counterparts and wished each other.
People from all walks of life also enthusiastically joined in the celebrations. Small children were busy tying rakhi to Police personnel and senior citizen.
BJP state unit president Prahlad Joshi tied the rakhi to senior RSS functionaries.
In an another meaningful event held at the Siddharooda Math Blind School, the girl students of Sanskar School tied the rakhi to blind students.
