An interactive session held between talented students and a popular IPS officer encouraged young students to clear their doubts.

Ravi D Channannavar, DCP- West, Bengaluru advised Students to excel in the modern education system and in addition, acquire new skills in the area of their interest. Be it Sports, Singing, Astrology, Horse riding, Filmmaking, Cookery etc.,

By sharing from his own life experiences, Ravi D Channannavar urged young students to focus on studies and learn new skills without any deviations and distractions. Ravi said, “First 25 years learn, next 75 years lead. There is time for everything.” He further added that each person is born to lead and no force can prevent anybody from achieving their dreams.

For a guaranteed success, Ravi asked students to identify five big achievers from any field and follow their path. “God is the best Director for everyone and be brave,” Ravi said.

A felicitation ceremony for children of members and employees of Press Club who have fared well in recently concluded SSLC and PUC examinations was held in Press club today, as part of day-long ‘Press Day’ celebrations.

After felicitating students, Ravi D Channannavar spoke only for a minute and paved way for a long inspiring speech by Minister Dr. Jayamala. However, he obliged to participate in an interactive session after the repeated request made by students and organisers.
