Encroachment of government land will be dealt with firmly throughout the State, said Revenue Minister V. Sreenivasa Prasad here today.
Referring to the land row at the foot of Chamundi Hill, Prasad said that the case was pending in the court.
Speaking on houses built on revenue sites, Prasad reiterated that those constructions would be regularized within the frame -work of law without harassing the inhabitants.
He added that the Revenue Department would be developed and made farmer-friendly.
Summing up, Prasad assured that Congress would provide a stable government with transparency in administration. He reassured that the election manifesto would be implemented in total.
