Thousands of roofless staged a rally at Hubli on Wednesday to press their demand for a shelter. In a memorandum submitted through the Tahasildar they urged the Chief Minister Jagadish Shetter to allocate a site or initiate a housing project to provide roof to all shelter less BPL card holders of his native constituency. They have also urged the Chief Minister at the earliest before the election dates are announced by the election commission. / ENN
