The Kannada actor Chetan says NO to big fat weddings and plans to keep his wedding ceremony as simple as possible. Speaking to journalists, Chetan hinted that he is in Love with a girl who does not belong to the Film Industry.
No to lavish wedding
Chetan has categorically said that as a principle, he was opposed to a lavish marriage and instead wanted to marry in midst of poor and orphan kids. When he was quizzed about his love interest, Chetan said he was indeed in love with a girl who was not from the film industry and both the families were in talks over the wedding date and once confirmed, he would spell out details.

“We have seen love stories in cinema. We should experience true love in real life too. Shortly, me and life partner will tie the not in front of the poor and destitute. There is no point in spending huge money and organise a lavish wedding just to impress the society,” Chetan said.
Kannada actor Chetan opens up debate in real patriots
Who are the real patriots? According to Kannada film actor Chetan, those who are opposing CAA are the real patriots.
Actor Chetan termed the Citizen Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) as Anti-Indian as it is dividing people in the name of religion. “Both CAA and NRC insults citizens to prove themselves. The government is putting unnecessary hardship on citizens. The real patriots are those who are opposing and protesting these acts,” Chetan said.
The ‘Aa Dinagalu’ actor has expressed his support for the anti-CAA protest saying that CAA should not be implemented as it was against the social fabric of our country and violated principles of our constitution. He also questioned the government’s motive of targeting minorities only from three countries.
