The Bangalore Ophthalmic Society (BOS), under the aegis of Karnataka Ophthalmic Society, is organising a 2-day Summit on 24th and 25th August at Sheraton Hotel, Bangalore. BOS Summit -2013 shall feature a number of renowned and reputed Ophthalmologists, recognised world-wide for their experience and expertise.
Being the IT hub of the country, a lot of working youngsters are facing a unique problem of computer vision syndrome due to long hours of working in front of computer and change in the regular day-to-day activities which lead to lot of eye-related problems.
Prof. Roger Beurman from the USA, a leading consultant and world renowned Corneal Surgeon, will deliver the key note address and share his experience in various corneal diseases. Prof. Amol Gupta, Dean, Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh will be awarded with the Gold Medal for his lifetime achievements.
