The  U.S. President Donald Trump ‘s maiden visit to India has evoked mixed response in Bengaluru. Kite flyer V.Krishna Rao and his friends gathered at HMT playgrounds in front of R.T.Nagar police station and celebrated by flying a large kite in support of the #NamasteTrump event.

“We have made a 120 feet  Kite using Flex printing material and electrical pipes to welcome Trump’s trip to India. We want better ties between India and the US. The Kite carried the slogan #NamasteTrump” said V.K.Rao

In a bid to oppose Trump’s visit,  activists of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) assembled in front of Townhall and shouted the slogan, “Go back Trump”.
